Let water boil for 2 min., take off of heat, add spices, drink throughout the day at room temperature.
Ingredients:
½ l water, ¼ tsp fennel seeds, 2-4 rose buds, 1 clove
Kappa
Let water boil for 5 min., take off of heat, add spices, drink throughout the day warm or even hot.
Ingredients:
½ l water, 3 tulsi leaves (Indian/holy basil), some thin slices of fresh ginger, ¼ tsp cumin, ½ tsp fennel
