Programs and Individual Treatment Rates

Health, wellness and reinvigoration for mind, body and soul

At the Lanka Princess Ayurveda Health Center, we practice only genuine Ayurveda treatments, which are based on the true ayuverdic theoretical and practical teachings, which have stood the test of time. The foundation of Ayurveda rests on the essential pillars that represent the holistic approach of its methods. These pillars are:

  1. The qualification of the Ayurvedic doctor
  2. The treatment methods (healing oil massages and healing herbal baths)
  3. Ayurvedic medicine
  4. Ayurvedic diet
  5. Behaviour of the guest during and after treatments

Whether you simply need to recover from the daily stress of life in a relaxing and tranquil environment or you want to reinvigorate your health and well-being through a prescribed ayurvedic program, the Lanka Princess Ayurveda Health Center will give you the options available to help you make an informed decision.

On arrival at the Ayurveda Health Center, guests are introduced to this ancient healing concept with information about the treatments and the type of ayurvedic diet, which may be prescribed.

Once the initial medical consultation has been completed, our team of experienced Ayurveda doctors will be at your disposal any time should you wish to discuss your course of treatment or ask any questions pertaining to your state of health.

To assist in the healing treatment process; complimentary Ceylon tea and a soothing variety of herbal teas beneficial to your health will be available at the tea counter throughout your stay. In addition, our team of ayurvedic specialists will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have in relation to your treatment program.

In the final medical consultation, guests will be provided with written recommendations on diet and nutrition in order to enable them to maintain the positive results of their treatments over a long period of time. This will prove beneficial to clients suffering from skin conditions such as acne, dermatitis or psoriasis.
