In-house Activities

The Lanka Princess Hotel offers its guests a wide range of activities to choose from during their stay.

As part of our pledge to provide a relaxing and reinvigorating experience for all guests, a variety of classes and activities are offered within the hotel grounds on a complimentary basis.

Indoor:

  • Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Tai Chi

Fully trained teachers supervise all classes and activities and take place dailyfree of charge to hotel guests. We recommend that you schedule your classes in advance if possible in order to avoid disappointment. Please inquire at the reception for further information.

In the new Gym & Sport therapy Center, our guests can also continue their daily exercise. Our Ayurvedic doctor will guide beginners on how to use the equipment, help to compile an individual training program and show how the exercises are done correctly. Sport therapy treatments are possible.

Outdoor:

  • Power walking on the beach
  • Jogging
  • Swimming (pool and ocean)

The above activities are open to all levels of fitness and are freely available at your leisure.
